Please join us for a unique and powerful
workshop with the amazing Salome from
Corvallis, Oregon! Upper Body
Dynamics focuses on utilizing many of
the fundamental family groups of
Oriental dance movement with the
upper body; including lifts, drops, slides,
circles, figure eights, undulations and
shimmies. Time is devoted to facial
relaxation and emoting exercises with
special attention to the arms and hands,
by increasing grace and fluidity as well
as defining space on and around the
body in a variety of pleasing silhouettes.
